Great for during and post heavy periods, but also for perimenopause, menopause and postnatally, too. I mix mine with creamy oat milk, sweeten with muscovado sugar and drink whenever I feel my energy levels flagging.

Natasha's products are truly excellent and have made my in moods much more even. When I forgot to re-order for me a week it was very noticeable. The hot chocolate is superb and really makes me feel better and settles my flow. Brilliant products.
