Shipping Policy


Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order, orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. In the case of pre-orders we will give you an estimated dispatch date on the items webpage. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UPDATE: COVID-19 / Corona Virus

It is likely that some areas of the country will experience a reduction in service levels due to coronavirus-related absences at their local mail centre or delivery office. 


Domestic orders normally arrive within 1-4 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

*Please note delivery times may increase around holidays. If we notice that Royal Mail is experiencing delays your order might be upgraded to a different faster courier.

Any import duties or taxes imposed by their country are the responsibility of the customer to pay.


When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
