Stress Test Results
Turns out you could do with some Passionflower.
You're the best kind of stressed (Stage 1, alarm). You can tell that you feel stressed and it comes in waves. This is the sort of stress we were biologically designed to feel. It's famously referred to as the flight or fight response. It gives us the energy to get what needs to be done, done. But it does tend to put us off our food and it can make life tiring when it becomes a pattern. What's important is that you use a class of herbs called relaxants, like Passionflower (passiflora incarnata).
Passionflower is an exotic plant but it grows well in the UK now. Not only does it help relax a jangly nervous system it also helps you sleep! The trick is to use 2-3 tea bags for a medicinal dose. And to drink this strong tea 2-3 times a day at least. But if you want to make life easy for yourself why not try our Premenstrual Peace tincture which contains it?
